Standard prep and painting to all wood surfaces included powerwashing, scraping and sanding to remove loose paint. Then caulk and spot primer were applied prior to finishing with one coat of Sherwin Williams SuperPaint. A second coat is always recommended and was listed as an option.
Flyers were distributed to schedule painting of their doors. For residents' convenience, CertaPro made off- hours available for homeowners to be present for door painting.
Carpentry is the responsibility of the homeowner, so we offered it with other services, including: shutter replacement, deck washing & staining, along with special pricing on interior painting.
